PUT DOWN THAT LITTLE PIECE OF CANDY!

Halloween is almost here! That means getting bombarded with millions of sugar filled mini-treats coming at ya. PUT THAT CANDY DOWN!

In all reality it is ok to have 1 or 2 mini candies a week, not a day. Follow the 90% rule, if you can follow a diet and exercise plan 90% of the time you should easily reach your goals.

Remeber the Next Level Pumpkin Boot Camp is tomorrow, Saturday October 25th! Bring your own pumpkin, and get ready for a great workout.
