Man I feel like crap!
I finally came down with a cold, and I am NOT happy about it. But what can you do?
A question that comes up all the time is, "Should I work out if I am sick, or have a cold?"
Well, in my experience the answer really depends on what ails you. I always say listen to your body. It will answer this question very swiftly.
As for me, I will not be working out until I feel 100%. In the fall and winter I get sick all the time, so to push myself in workouts is not the best bet for me.
Learn from my mistakes!
