DIET MISTAKE # 2

Now that we have discussed Fad Diets, I want to address the second MISTAKE most people make in dieting! You should aim to follow your meal plan 90% of the time! This is going to sound crazy coming from a results driven fitness professional, but here it goes. It is OK to cheat every once in awhile! The main reason why most diets fail is because we set unobtainable expectations for ourselves. Now I am not saying to take this to the extreme and kill a whole pint of Ben & Jerry's. But it is ok to have a treat every once in awhile as a reward for following your new meal plan. A Healthy Diet and regimented Exercise Plan are all you need to LOSE BODY FAT FOREVER!!!! It's not rocket science. Remember 90% of the time = SUCCESS! You could apply this principle to many areas of your life!

Mistake #1 Most People Make In Their Diets!

Summer is right around the corner, that means bathing suits are coming out of that bottom drawer! The fastest way to a Beach Body is exercise and a great meal plan!
Since everyone already knows about the Next Level Beach Body Bootcamp, today I am going to point out mistake #1 that most people make in their "diets".

Mistake #1- FAD DIETS:Everyone knows what these crazy plans are,
usually put together by uncertified goofballs! You know em when you see em, "Drink pickle juice, and eat freakin raisins for 2 weeks and we guarantee fatloss!" Give me a break! Are you serious?

Ofcourse you will lose weight, but as soon as you eat normal again, the water weight that you lost after starving yourself is going to come back with a vengence!

Any diet where you are not getting all 3 of the basic nutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, and healthy fats) is not healthy!

I'm sure many of us who have gone on a carb free diet has felt the lack of energy, and decreased brain function that comes with it. These "DIETS" are the definition of YO-YO! The human body cannot function properly when the nutrients it desires are missing.

We need to realize as a society that there is NO SUCH THING AS A QUICK FIX! We are all used to instant gratification! Touch a button and you have exactly what you want. Well fortunately there are still some things that require hard work, and dedication! How would the world be if we didn't have to work for anything? Instant Gratification? Well just take a look at America's young people, a 35% obesity rate!

That's what we get for having everything come easy. Sorry I'm ranting, but the truth is our country is in serious trouble. Obesity is an epidemic! Please forward this email to everyone you know. Today May 7th is NEXT LEVEL ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE AND MMA's 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY! I WOULD LIKE TO THANK EVERYONE WHO HAS HELPED US GET TO WHERE WE ARE TODAY.

Millions of dollars a year are spent on fitness equipment, fat losssupplements, and "magic
overnight cures". Unfortunately these "magical machines" never do what they claim to do. The
testimonials are provided by paid "actors". And usually that piece of equipment or "fix" ends up
being used as a clothes dryer or a decoration in your basement.

Nothing comes easy! PERIOD. If losing fat and maintaining a healthy lifestyle were so easy,
our country wouldnt have the highest incidence of Obesity!

We need to stop being lead astray by advertisers. It is their job to get you to buy the infomercial equipment, and they are doing their jobs well. I am pretty sure that these advertising executives have no clue about fitness or fat loss, because if they did they wouldnt be able to sleep at night knowing they have sold good people expensive pieces of crap!

Please start educating yourself and everyone you know about the correct way to lose fat, look better! Contact a qualified fitness professional! Spend your hard earned money on a CURE not a quick fix!

*There are no EASY ways to lose fat or get in shape! Although there are effective ways that require hard work and discipline!
