Just wanted to remind you ladies that next week, starting the 8th is bring a friend to boot camp week! You can bring a friend/friends any day next week for 1 free day of boot camp.
A quick thought for everyone out there: Is there time in your life that you are wasting doing negative destructive behaviors?
- going out once in a while is common, and even healthy. But what happens when alcohol and partying become your only hobby? Our area is a little boring, we all know this. But please don't substitute this lifestyle for a healthy one.
There are so many things you could do with this time you are wasting like: workout, read, learn a new language/skill, volunteer, spend time with your family, take a class, etc....
Try to involve yourself in positive actions, it will have a direct effect on every other aspect of your life!
