DONT LET HALLOWEEN DISRUPT YOUR FITNESS GOALS!

It is now officially the start of the "pack on the lbs." season. The average person packs on 15-20 lbs. of body fat from Halloween to New Years. That is INSANE! This year do NOT be one of these people. Fight the urge to pick up that piece of candy, again & again!
